We treat and diagnose a wide range of mental illnesses. We focus on the treatment of burn-out,
depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders,
dementia, addiction, ADHD and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Beyond the aforementioned
disorders, we can also assist you in the co-treatment of other mental "disorders" (e.g. trauma
sequelae disorders, personality disorders, etc.).
Dear patients,
In the practice Knauer both can be treated: health insurance patients as well as private patients and self-pay patients. Appointments can
be made by phone and E-Mail. Unfortunately, our psychiatric treatment services are also currently exhausted.
Please bring the following documents with you to your first visit:

Medication plan
•
Current laboratory results, ECG, CT or MRI of the head - if available
•
Hospital discharge reports (especially from Psychiatric/Psychosomatic or Psychotherapeutic Hospitals)

Rasmus Knauer completed his studies in human medicine in 2005 and his residency in psychiatry and
psychotherapy in 2014. From 2014 onwards, Mr. Knauer worked as a senior and head physician in
psychiatric hospitals. During this time, he was able to acquire extensive knowledge in the treatment of
mental health conditions. Furthermore, he qualified as a medical psychotherapist in the guideline
procedure behavioral therapy in a further training of several years.
